DELIVERY POLICY
GO TIMBERMART Incorporated is dedicated to delivering your materials safely and efficiently while
respecting property boundaries. Please familiarize yourself with the following delivery terms to
ensure a smooth process:
- Delivery Area Restrictions:
- Deliveries are made exclusively to the purchaser’s property. We will not enter
neighboring properties, public areas, or any other locations without prior written
or verbal consent from the appropriate party. - If permission is granted for entry onto these areas, GO TIMBERMART Incorporated
cannot be held responsible for any associated damages, penalties, or issues. - We typically deliver within a 150 km radius of our location. For special
circumstances, deliveries beyond this range may be arranged at our discretion.
- Deliveries are made exclusively to the purchaser’s property. We will not enter
- Delivery Schedule:
- Deliveries are available Monday through Friday during our regular store hours.
- Any third-party deliveries are subject to the rules, regulations, and guidelines of
the respective service provider.
- Access Preparation:
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide adequate access to the delivery site,
including roads that accommodate our trucks and ample space for maneuvering. - Drivers may decline to deliver to specific locations if they determine that access
or conditions are unsafe or unsuitable. - Should delivery be unsuccessful due to these circumstances, the product may be
returned to our facility at the purchaser’s expense. Rescheduling will incur an
additional delivery fee.
- It is the purchaser’s responsibility to provide adequate access to the delivery site,

- Deliveries require sufficient space and consideration of site conditions. Factors
that may affect delivery include: - Low-hanging branches or wires.
- Durability of asphalt, concrete, or other surfaces under varying weather
conditions. - Weight and dimensions of the product.
- Stability of the ground in newly developed or soft areas.
- Steep inclines or challenging angles at the drop-off point.
- Deliveries require sufficient space and consideration of site conditions. Factors

- Our drivers have the right to determine whether a requested drop-off point is
safe. If necessary, alternative arrangements may be discussed. If a resolution
cannot be achieved, products will be returned to our yard at the purchaser’s
expense.

- Once materials are offloaded onto the purchaser’s property, GO TIMBERMART
Incorporated assumes no further liability for their placement or any damage that
may occur. - The purchaser accepts full responsibility for any fines, damages, or clean-up
costs resulting from debris on roads or placement of materials outside of their
property. - Additionally, the purchaser must acknowledge the potential for surface damage
or other issues caused by delivery equipment and assume responsibility for such
risks.

RETURN POLICY
Items eligible for return may be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date. Returns
must be in their original packaging and on their original pallet, when applicable, and must be
free from signs of any previous handling. Palletized products must be returned in full layers in
the same way and pattern as they were sold. Incomplete layers or layers with incorrect patterns
cannot be accepted. All returns are subject to inspection and approval by GO TIMBERMART
Incorporated.
Custom orders, natural stone, veneer stone, and bulk materials are considered final sale and
are not eligible for return or exchange. Any exceptions must be authorized by the
manufacturer’s representative.
We are not responsible for manufacturing imperfections, dye lot variances, or efflorescence.
Liability for materials transfers to the client upon completion of loading at our retail location or
upon offloading at the job site when using our delivery service. While our team can assist with
loading, it is ultimately the driver’s responsibility to secure the load safely. GO TIMBERMART
Incorporated is not responsible or liable for any damage or incidents that occur once materials
leave our premises.
